Henley
Havwoods’ Henley is the ultimate designer’s tool: a pre-finished engineered collection from two of the worlds finest mills which combine wonderful fashion-forward aesthetics with practicality, durability and structural integrity.
The three 19mm planks feature a triple-layered construction with a 4mm European Oak top layer. This is bonded to a layer of solid birch or alder with a birch or alder ply base. The 20mm products feature a 6mm European Oak lamella bonded to a birch ply backing. They are finished with a UV cured oil or Hardwax oil which brings out the colour and grain and allows the spot treatment of damaged areas, yet provides a surface which is as tough, stain and water-resistant as most lacquers.
New to the range are 14 new 14.5mm planks featuring beautifully textured rough sawn or distressed finishes. These new timber flooring planks deliver a stunningly unique floor full of character. The distressed timber planks are finished with a UV oil, while the rough sawn planks feature an Ultra Matt lacquered finish.
Each one of our Henley collection of timber flooring products have been tested by Havwoods specifically to ensure that the techniques used to produce these spectacular finishes do not weaken the timber itself and that they are suitable for use even in demanding hospitality, retail, office, or even residential environments.
Henley products are suitable for use over underfloor heating (conditions apply - please contact us for details). As with all oiled boards we recommend a further coat of finish after installation.
