Design Experience & Technical Knowledge
We pride ourselves on ensuring our staff are educated and trained to the highest standards in order to be able to offer you reliable and sound help and advice on selecting your flooring.
Our staff have exceptional knowledge of products and the way in which they perform, installation methods available and maintenance required. Our consultants will make sure your selected product is fit for the intended purpose and environment, ensuring the maximum lifespan of your timber floor - and maximum happiness!

Product When & Where You Need It
Havwoods deliver Australia-wide between the hours of 8am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday. We also offer pick-up services at our National distribution facility in Rutherford, NSW if this is more convenient for you.
The majority of our products are held in stock here in Australia, ready for immediate delivery.
Alternatively, stock can be reserved for up to three months (or longer by arrangement) in order to guarantee delivery as and when is required.
For those really large projects, we offer warehouse space for storage to enable delivery in manageable consignments to suit your build schedule and keep your product safe until required on site.
Easy Payment Options
We offer a number of ways in which you can own your beautiful new timber floor sooner. Payment can be made by direct deposit, Credit Card, in person by way of EFTPOS at any of our Showrooms, or with Zip Money.

We honour and respect our relationships with our customers, staff and our suppliers. Havwoods maintains strong and well established supply chains from reputable, reliable high quality European Oak timber mills around the globe.
Havwoods Australia also holds the majority of our products in-stock here in Australia, enabling fast, often next day delivery for those urgent jobs!
Sustainability
We take great care in sourcing our timber from reputable timber mills and many of our ranges carry responsible and eco friendly forestry certification such as FSC® certified (C009500) and Cradel-to-Cradle™ certification.
Environmentally responsible mills are the most intensively managed in the world, ensuring responsible eco-conscious processes and resulting in high quality end product.
The manufacturing and transport of timber is also one of the most carbon neutral building materials you can choose when compared to much heavier and labour intensive materials such as concrete, tiles or non-recyclable vinyl. Choosing timber also keeps CO2 out of our atmosphere as the CO2 remains in the timber for the life of the product.

In 2010, Havwoods expanded into the Australian timber flooring market, joining forces with established Australian timber company, Select Timbers.
