Havwoods Melbourne Showroom Grand Opening Event Success

What a ways we have come. Havwoods presence in Melbourne began as a hot desk within a shared space, transitioning to a beautifully crafted and unique showroom in late 2013, and now – a new-concept, exquisitely finished showroom in an even larger space, designed with our clients in mind.
The grand opening event for our new Melbourne Showroom was held on the evening of the 24th May – with over 350 architects, designers, builders, trade, and home owners joining us to view and celebrate our newest timber flooring showroom completion. Our famous Havwoods hospitality was in full force with our Sydney team in attendance to meet and great our guests along side the Melbourne team. Delicious local produce and food was provided by Common Galaxia and a nearly 4 metre grazing table was created by The Grazing Fox. Local gin distillery, Four Pillars, created and served gin based designer cocktails named after three of our Havwoods showroom locations (Melbourne, New York and Berlin), from a pop-up bar in our showroom’s new lounge area. Valet parking and luxurious gift bags for all guests ensured everyone experienced the love Havwoods have for our clients who are all VIPs in our eyes!
Our clients are at the heart of our values and so providing a showroom that caters to answering the needs and wants of our customers is paramount. We worked closely with architects, designers and builders and home owners to understand the specifying process and through this we have refined and polished the global Havwoods showroom design to deliver a space in Melbourne that makes the specifying and product selection process simple, enjoyable and comfortable.
